 The MHASD utilizes at Help Ticket system to manage help requests, equipment failures, training requests, and Building and Grounds requests.
  
 Each ticket created has a unique number assigned to it. Updates
 to the ticket can be easily checked; as well as additional information provided from the Tech team about resolving the Technology issue.
 Please provide your valid MHASD email address when creating a ticket and choose the appropriate Topic: 
 Technology or Building and Grounds, along with your school phone number.
 Also include as much detail about the issue as possible.
